location: the hotel was really close to the beautiful area of the coffee street, the centre of the old town and the airport at 05:30. the room was nice with a fridge, i felt comfortable there. all the staff was very-very nice and affable, settled my issues.

Consider exploring the local culture by renting a bike. It's a great way to see old Phuket town easily.

Located in the very quiet zone, it was a great place for resting. Enjoyed the room with a fridge, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everywhere there was fairly clean. I had comfortable days staying at this hip new hotel.

Air conditioning in the room kept things cool during the hot days. The room itself had a spacious layout.

Hot water is only accessible from the lobby, lacking basic amenities like a kettle in the room. There are no hanging facilities on the balcony for drying clothes.

Went exploring old Phuket town just a short ride away, real local vibes around here, no tourists, just the way I like it. Plus, they had the perfect clean room, big enough for a family, and the AC was a lifesaver after a long day out. The cleaning staff were very keen on ensuring everything was sharp and shiny.

Room rates were not what you'd call low-end but still didn't break the bank.

I was shocked when arriving to see the front desk staff so unruly and rude. And to go to the lobby just for boiling water or even basic tea is beneath me. Considering the inconvenience, i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary drink or upgrade, but, of course, nothing was offered. Thinking about a better review but, alas.

The staff were super nice, always ready to help. My room was clean, comfy, and the bed was huge! They provided fresh towels every day, great. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, but it could get a bit noisy with traffic sometimes.

During our honeymoon in phuket, we stayed at the topaz and loved it! The room was spacious and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Just a short walk from town, it was awesome for a comfortable stay.

The Studio Apartment was super clean and had a comfy huge bed. Air conditioning kept the room cool, awesome in the heat. Plus, they provided daily essentials like water. The location was a bit off, but a nice 10-15 minute walk to Old Town. It was just what I needed for a solo traveler experience.
